ABOUT ME

I am a child, adolescent and family Mind-Body therapist. I work therapeutically in a number of different ways to overcome the difficulties your family may be facing in life.

My experience of working with children and their families spans over twenty years and during this time I have had the opportunity to develop my skills and my clinical practice in a range of therapeutic interventions. I have a keen interest in the links between mind and body and am a British Psychological Society accredited child & adolescent Yoga Therapist. I have experience of supporting families from the perinatal stage into adulthood in diverse settings including; the charity sector, the criminal justice system, mainstream and specialist education settings, the NHS and local authority agencies. I have received commissions from Public Health England to develop resources for children & have published articles in national Parenting magazines.

I am fully insured with an up to date DBS, safeguarding training and receive regular supervision from a qualified clinical supervisor. I am committed to continuous professional development and keep up to date with current research & thinking.
